Downstairs • Fully fitted kitchen with seating area and table, double electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer and dishwasher. Fully equipped with everything from bottle opener to saucepans. • The large spacious L shaped Lounge and dining room hosts a generous rustic dining table large enough to seat 12 people comfortably. The Lounge has a fabulous log burning stove, TV and a stereo player, with comfortable sofas and armchairs. A large patio window/door leading to side garden, and access to the conservatory. • The conservatory is a large bright room overlooking the sunken bottom lawn and garden, it has comfortable seating with double doors leading out to the garden. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the surrounding countryside. • Bathroom one: located downstairs has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Upstairs: At the top of the stairs there is a landing giving access to 4 bedrooms and the two bathrooms. There are several lawned areas and a secluded sunken garden area for those wanting peace and quiet. There is parking for three cars on shared the drive. Additional parking can be paid for in the car park opposite, at a discounted rate if arranged in advance.
